We are firm believers in “A picture is worth a thousand words,” but we also recognize that should not limit how other vacation rental owners and home-sharing hosts convey their particular hospitality needs to cleaners and housekeepers.
That’s why we have added two new kinds of slides you can use to create your Properly checklists with:

Templates Made by Turnover Experts
Each template slide was carefully crafted by our in-house turnover experts. The combined knowledge of Airbnb Superhosts and vacation rental owners who have years of experience performing their own turnovers and managing them from afar has resulted in thorough list of tasks necessary for every turnover.
You’ll notice there is a template for each room of a home as well as ‘getting started’ and ‘finishing touches’ templates that leave no pre-guest / post-guest task unmentioned. For example, the bedroom template covers all of the cleaning tasks required in a turnover, in addition to special hospitality cleaning tasks:
Bedroom
- Change sheets & make bed
- Look under furniture for left behind items
- Check drawers, closets, and surfaces for left behind items
- Dust all surfaces
- Clean floor
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Check all lights and lamps; Replace bulbs if needed
All of the templates are editable so you can use them as a framework and even add to them on them or remove tasks to suit your specific property. Making a checklist is now radically faster if you take advantage of the templates!
Transfer Written Checklists Using Blank Text Checklists
Some users found creative ways to carry their traditional paper checklists over to Properly by taking screen shots of smartphone notes and entering them as slides.
We eliminated this inconvenience by creating text slides so you can write your own checklists your way directly in the app. Each task on a blank slide or a template slide appears to the cleaner like a written checklist with a checkable circle next to it.
If you have one standard checklist for many properties, you can create that text checklist and duplicate it to any property then edit it with photos or custom text to fit that property.

You have full freedom to use and combine all three kinds of slides — photo, template, and blank text — to explain exactly what you want when making a checklist. See what works best for you!

Come vedrai, c’è un modello per ogni stanza della casa nonché modelli per “iniziare” e “tocchi finali” che prendono in considerazione ogni compito da eseguire prima e dopo il soggiorno degli ospiti. Per esempio, il modello della camera copre tutti i compiti di pulizia richiesti da un cambio veloce, in aggiunta a compiti di pulizia specifici per il settore dell’ospitalità:
Camera
- Cambiare le lenzuola e fare i letti
- Controllare eventuali oggetti dimenticati sotto i mobili
- Controllare eventuali oggetti dimenticati in cassetti, armadi e su superfici
- Spolverare tutte le superfici
- Pulire il pavimento
- Pulire finestre e specchi
- Controllare tutte le luci e le lampade; sostituire le lampadine se necessario
Tutti i modelli possono essere modificati quindi si possono usare come una struttura di base nonché aggiungere o togliere compiti a seconda degli specifiche caratteristiche del proprio immobile. Preparare una checklist adesso è notevolmente più veloce, sfruttando questi modelli!
Trasferisci checklist scritte usando le checklist di testo vuote
Alcuni utenti trovano modi creativi di inserire le proprie checklist tradizionali di carta in Properly acquisendo schermate delle note dello smartphone e inserendole come diapositive.
Abbiamo eliminato queste disturbo creando diapositive di testo in cui puoi scrivere le istruzioni delle tue checklist nel modo che preferisci direttamente nell’app. Ogni compito in una diapositiva vuota o in un modello di diapositiva viene visualizzato dall’addetto alle pulizie sotto forma di checklist scritta con un cerchio selezionabile accanto.
Se hai una checklist standard per molti immobili, puoi creare quella checklist di testo e duplicarla per ogni immobile, quindi modificarla con foto o testi specifici per adattarsi all’immobile.

Vous remarquerez qu’il y a un modèle pour chaque pièce d’un logement ainsi que des modèles “démarrer” et “finitions” qui ne passent sous silence aucune tâche pré-voyageur / post-voyageur. Par exemple, le modèle pour la chambre couvre toutes les tâches de nettoyage nécessaires au cours d’une rotation, en plus des tâches de nettoyage d’hôtellerie spéciales :

- Changer les draps & faire le lit
- Chercher sous les meubles tout article oublié
- Vérifier les tiroirs, placards et surfaces à la recherche d’articles oubliés
- Épousseter toutes les surfaces

Certains utilisateurs avaient trouvé des manières créatives de reporter leurs listes de tâches traditionnelles manuscrites sur Properly en faisant des captures d’écran de notes prises sur smartphone et en les incluant en tant que diapos.
Nous avons éliminé cet inconvénient en créant des diapos de textes vous permettant de rédiger vos propres listes de tâches à votre manière, directement dans l’appli. Chaque tâche sur une diapo vide ou une diapo de modèle apparaît à l’H/F de ménage sous la forme d’une liste de tâches écrite avec un cercle à cocher juste à côté.
Si vous avez une liste de tâches standard pour de nombreuses propriétés, vous pouvez créer cette liste de tâches à texte et la copier sur n’importe quelle propriété puis la modifier avec des photos ou un texte personnalisé adapté(es) à cette propriété.
