Can I cancel the Platform anytime?
Yes. Platform subscriptions can be cancelled anytime without a cancellation fee. Managed-service terms are separate: Cohost Pro has a 12-month initial term and Guest Support Plus requires 30 days’ written notice.
What happens after the trial?
After your 30-day free trial of the Platform, you can continue with a paid Platform plan or explore Properly's managed services. Real-Time Inspection is also available standalone or alongside the Platform.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You can start your 30-day free trial without entering any payment information. We only ask for payment details when you decide to continue with a paid plan.
How does billing work?
Platform billing is monthly and tiered by volume, starting at $12.99/property/month and scaling down to $5. Managed services have separate pricing and terms.
