Commercial terms

Initial term
12 months
After the initial term, the agreement continues month to month; either party may end it with 30 days’ written notice.
Early exit
With 30 days’ written notice, the charge is the lesser of 2 months of fees or the remaining committed fees.
Portfolio-count flexibility
Replace properties without charge or reduce the active count by up to 10%, subject to a 90% floor of the committed launch count.
Partially active
$49/property/mo
Applies in a zero-revenue month when the property has any booking or guest-support interaction. This $49 rate replaces the tier price, is uncapped, and the full rate returns in any earning month.
Inactive property
$10/property/mo
For a property with no bookings, revenue, or support activity. The $10 maintenance rate is capped per account under the customer agreement.
Billing
Monthly fees are billed in advance. Newly added properties are prorated; removed properties stop billing at month-end.
Systems and vendors
The customer provides and maintains the PMS and channel accounts; owner relationships and contracts; local vendors, cleaners, and inspectors; permits and taxes; funds and trust accounting; insurance; and property-level decisions.
Remote scope
Cohost Pro provides remote operating services; local, physical work remains with customer-provided vendors.
Fair use
Published pricing assumes normal operating volume and complexity. Fair-use bands may change at each quarterly review; exceptional use may require a custom agreement.
Pricing and terms shown are for planning purposes and remain subject to the signed customer agreement.
