Properly does not supervise a certified provider's work and is not a party to the agreement between a provider and the owner or manager who hires them. Certification is held by the named business and applies only while its record here shows current status.
  • Certification and cohosting authorization are two different things. Certification covers how a provider runs their own operations. Cohosting authorization means the provider is additionally approved to extend Properly cohosting to the owners they serve. A record shows cohosting authorization only where it has actually been granted, so treat its absence as meaningful.
