Guidelines
Badge and wording guidelines
These terms are conditions of use, not guidance. The Certified Properly Partner badge is licensed to the named business only, for as long as that business holds a current record in this directory. Certification is reviewed every <RENEWAL PERIOD, e.g. 12 months> and a provider must remain in good standing to keep it. Properly may withdraw certification and the right to display the badge at any time and at its own discretion, in which case the badge and every certification claim must be removed from all of the provider's materials within 14 days. Properly reserves the right to update these terms and will notify certified providers of material changes.
- Display the badge only for the business named in a current directory record. Keep it linked to that record.
- Keep the badge proportions, colors, wording, and light logo background unchanged. Do not crop, stretch, recolor, or place the logo on a gradient, dark teal, or light green background.
- Use only your provider's approved statement and keep its relationship disclosure alongside it. Do not add pricing to the badge or the supplied programme copy.
- Certification does not mean Properly guarantees, ranks, or grades a provider's workmanship. Do not claim guaranteed results, superior quality, or endorsement beyond the approved statement.
- Do not add customer testimonials to these materials without written approval. Do not imply cohosting authorization unless your record explicitly includes it.
- If your certification becomes inactive, stop using the badge and certification claims. Previously shared links continue to show your current status.
