When it occurs

An unexpected error occurred while processing the request. Internals are never exposed; detail is always "Unexpected error".

Handling

Retry with exponential backoff. If the request was a POST, PATCH or DELETE outside /v1/webhooks, reuse the same Idempotency-Key so the retry cannot create a duplicate.
If the error persists, contact support and quote the requestId from the problem document (the same value as the x-request-id response header).
